As we move into summer equipment day is a reminder that football season is right around the corner. Get your kid's sized for football and cheer equipment and start getting psyched for the season!

Saturday, June 13th from 9:00AM - 3:00PM at the NCPW Storage Facility on 194 Old Town Farm Rd, Woodbury

FLAG FOOTBALL !!!

NCPW is very excited to announce the start of a flag football program in 2009 for 5- and 6- year old boys and girls. Practices will start in September. There will be one practice per week, and then games on Saturdays (at the Gallop Field Pop Warner complex in Bethlehem). This will be a terrific way to introduce young children to football, in a fun, non-competitive environment.

Volunteers Needed!!!

While we hope your experience with Pop Warner Football and Cheer was a good one last season, the NCPW Board of Directors is already looking at ways to improve and expand our 2009 program. To do that we need your help.

We’re looking for member volunteers to serve on critical sub-committees of the Pop Warner program including Equipment, Fields, and Fundraising (concessions, merchandise and general fundraising). As a sub-committee member you will work with the chairperson of that committee on specific goals. This might require meeting several times during the season and/or assisting with specific tasks as outlined by the committee. This is truly a case of “many hands make light work”.

By volunteering just a small amount of your time (literally a couple of hours per month) in one of these areas you will be helping to ensure our program’s success and ultimately your child’s enjoyment of football and cheer.
